By accessing this website, submitting a consultation request, or attending Live Young Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Description

Live Young Clinic provides aesthetic and dermatological services including hair fall treatments (PRP, GFC, Exosomes, QR678, Mesotherapy), skin treatments (acne, pigmentation, anti-ageing, laser), and wellness services (weight management, body contouring). All clinical services are provided by or under the supervision of qualified medical professionals.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking

Consultation requests submitted online are requests only — not confirmed bookings. Our team will call you within 30 minutes during clinic hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, all days) to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Repeat no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings
• For prepaid treatment packages, unused sessions are non-refundable after 12 months from purchase date

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other patients.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a package agreement is in place
• We accept cash, UPI, and card payments
• Package payments are non-refundable once treatment has commenced
• If a treatment cannot be completed due to a clinical reason identified after purchase, we will offer a credit note or alternative treatment of equivalent value
• The free initial consultation carries no charge and no obligation to proceed

6. Treatment Results

Aesthetic and medical treatments produce variable results. Factors influencing outcomes include individual physiology, age, severity of condition, compliance with post-treatment care, and number of sessions completed. Before/after photographs are from real patients with written consent and are representative examples — not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not scrape or copy content, submit false information, or use this website in any way that violates applicable Indian law. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
